Due to the recent announcement of restrictions and the uncertain future with regard to Coronavirus restrictions, we have decided to concentrate our efforts on our deli and online sales. We are focusing on returning to the full menu at Easter, even better than before!
Our smoke ovens are used in a somewhat
unconventional way where we apply old techniques to new and traditional foods adding a smoke flavour to such things as hummus, coconut, tomatoes and stilton as well as duck, chicken and prawns.
Serving the finest seafood
The food we serve is sourced as local as is possible supplemented with regular visits to Billingsgate and Smithfield markets.
Yes we are difficult to find but when you do find us you are rewarded with a riverside seat overlooking great wildlife, and only a ten minute walk from Maldon's historic centre
