Fishing for Compliments

The smoked fish was incredibly flavourful, perfectly tender, and rich with smoky aroma— a great experience. I'll be back.
Hannah Morris

The pan-fried scallops were seared to perfection—golden crust, tender centre, and bursting with sweet, buttery flavour.
Dave Tyman

Sipping a perfectly mixed cocktail while watching the sun set over the estuary — pure bliss.

To Your Very Good Health!
In the 6th Century B.C., the Ancient Greeks began the custom of pouring libations for the Gods and toasting to each other's health. The Romans took this tradition seriously, even enacting a Senate decree that required everyone to toast Emperor Augustus at every meal.
It’s a wonderful tradition, and we invite you to join us in raising a glass at the Estuary Bar!

There’s a quiet joy in sitting at a bar, it's a pause from the world, one sip at a time!
Rare Whiskies, Gins, Rums and liqueurs for the aficionado, syrups for the craft cocktail lover, and a thoughtful selection of non-alcoholic spirits, bitters, and tonics that prove a drink doesn’t need alcohol to be beautiful!
Here, the menu is a map, and every drink is a destination.
