This French 'confit de canard' (duck confit) is truly delicious. Each tin has 2-3 duck legs which have been cooked in their own fat.
With the duck being so tasty and 'melt in your mouth' you will be back for more.
For best results simply drain the fat and roast in a hot hoven until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
Each tin weighs 800g.
